  • Can I take Balance Blend if I am on a blood thinner?
    It is not recommended to consume with warfarin. Take with care when consuming with other blood thinning agents. If bleeding in nose or gums occurs or you start to bruise easily, it is advised to stop taking the supplement.
  • What happens if I exceed the daily intake of Balance Blend by accident?
    As long a consumption isn’t excessive, this should not be a problem, at most, you might experience slight stomach problems, headaches and dizziness if the dose is exceeded.
  • I think I’m coming towards the end of my menopause, is it too late to start taking Balance Blend?
    Not necessarily, its likely you will still feel some benefit but effectiveness varies from person to person.
  • How many tablets do I take a day?
    1 tablet is to be taken daily.

    Yes its suitable to take during the perimenopause phase.

    If the product looks and smells as it should, it can be used. If there's a risk of contamination, do not use the product and discard.
